My house has an apartment attached to the main house with an independent entrance and parking in driveway. It’s a 900 sqft apartment fully furnished one bedroom, bathroom, living and dining area.
It has a full size stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, 4 burners, stove top, air fryer, Keruig coffee maker, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, night stands, 65“ Smart TV in bedroom and another 65“ Smart TV in the living room.
ALL utilities are included in rent: water, electricity, cable and internet.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month payable via Zelle.
The house is only 10 minutes away to MCO airport, Publix supermarket is about 1 mike away, shopping, hospitals and 417 highway.
I currently work in the Medical field as an Administrative Manager on day shift. Im currently hosting two females as long term roommates inside the main house. We all work outside and almost never at the house only to sleep pretty much. We are quiet and respectful of others. We keep it down nor have parties or almost no visitors. We keep it to our selves and work hard daily. I foster a respectful, safe and quiet home for all to enjoy.
