Northwest Boca Raton Boulevard

Looking for a roommate to move into an unfurnished private room with a private bathroom for $1,800, a month, but super willing to negotiate. Non-smoking, no pets please. Move in would be around May/June at the latest unless you’re wiling to pay to hold it.

I live in Boca Raton, on the fifth floor. You’ll have full access to wi-fi, your own private bathroom with a shower, private bedroom, a massive TV in the common living spaces, a stove, sink/dishwasher, and fridge in the kitchen spaces. There is a pool below us that is typically empty, it’s a great spot to relax or exercise.

There is laundry in-unit (which is rare for this condo complex), though the washer machine is connected to my bathroom (as it drains into the sink)– its probably the weirdest aspect of the condo, but makes it so the washer is in-unit . The dryer is on the balcony area. There are also payable laundry machines though on the floor down the hall which might be easier for you as that’s what my last roommate did. Outside of laundry down the hall, you won’t have to pay for any utilities at all.

I have someone who can attest that I’m a decent roommate. It will just be me and you there, I pretty rarely have visitors except when I have fights and family/friends come to visit. Even then it’s rare that I’ll have much more than a visitor for a couple of days. Also as part of my job I have sponsors who send some fine foods and seasonings that I am always willing to share.

A bit about me…I’m currently 28, originally from the New England area, I moved down here after completing a Watson Scholarship (where I was on an academic grant traveling around the world for a year). Currently I’m a champion amateur MMA fighter, with hopes to make it to the professional level (like my much older brother, UFC fighter Charles “BostonStrong” Rosa, he owns the condo with me but does not live there). I take that part of my life seriously as am considered one of the top amateur fighters in the US and considered one of the top prospects in the country about to go professional.

I’m largely an introvert though. I am partially a writer/editor and rather quiet and keep to myself. I don’t party, drink, or smoke, I am not much of a bother at all. I do like to cook and write occasionally and may have a lot of laundry from the mma training.

I’ll admit I can be a tad messy, but I try to keep the mess limited to my own area.
