First and Last Month’s rent upfront upon acceptance and prior to moving in.

There are 2 furnished bedrooms available for rent. Price reflected is for 1 bedroom. Each furnished bedroom has large bright windows and a closet. Both of these bedrooms will share the one bathroom right outside the bedroom that was recently renovated.

Property is close to shopping and grocery stores (Wegmans, Acme, Target, Walmart, etc.).

Philadelphia Airport is about 20 minutes and City Center is 35.

The listed price is for 12 month term. Month to month will be extra $250.00. Couples sharing a bedroom will be $200.00 extra per month. While there is a kitchen, my mother is a vegetarian (indian). As such, no meat can be cooked in the house. Feel free to consume it and use the microwave to warm it up. But cooking will most certainly be off limits for meat and seafood. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. Another thing to note, there is 10lb (old and docile) Chihuahua that is usually in the basement and livingrl room sometimes. While the dog is typically never on the 2nd floor (where the bedrooms are) and will not be a nuisance to your private space. If you are allergic to dogs, please do not apply.
