About the room
We are 3 roommates looking for a 4th roommate for our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom is a SHARED bedroom, and all-female. Our 4th roommate is breaking the lease early in May, and our new lease starts in July.
Rent currently is $720, utilities included, but may potentially increase when our lease renews.
The apartment is a 15 minute walk from CSUF campus, located at the Streams Apartments. We are just looking for someone who can fill in the space in the shared bedroom before the end of May, and join us on our renewed lease starting in July!

The 3 roommates in the apartment are very friendly, quiet, and clean! One works full time from home, and the other two are currently students at CSUF!
