A 2 floor bungalow with a cozy yard, large garage, and a large kitchen. I live here, and rent out the upstairs bungalow and one of the bedrooms downstairs. It’s a neat 20 minute walk from downtown Royal Oak. I’ll want you to pay for 1/3rd-1/2 of the utilities, depending on how many rooms you’re renting out. The internet is fiber. The heat and ac are forced air. The common areas are furnished.

It’s myself, my husky mix, and I’m renting out the front bedroom and bungalow. The bungalow is available immediately, and is 1000/mo plus approximately 200/mo or less in utilities. The front main-floor bedroom will be available July 1st. I’d like to rent that one out for 700. The living room is cozy for hanging out, hosting, or just watching tv. The kitchen is big and has most of what you’d need but has plenty of space for what you’d like to bring. The office has room for your desk and gadgets. The basement is converting into hosting space for gatherings. I’m friendly and love to interact with my roommates, hang out and chill together, etc.

The bedrooms are warm and close to the bathroom, with a nice view of the front and back yards.

I’m looking for a young professional woman in her early 20s to late 30s, whose friendly, chill, and okay with dogs and having small parties here on occasion (maybe once a month or less, depending on the season). My ideal candidate is house proud, a day person, and communicates readily and with curiosity.

My dog Enzo is a herding breed and husky mix. He has a strong personality but is very loving and sweet. Just Loud! And very furry! I disclose this in case of any allergies or preferences.
