Amelia's room

Our beloved roomie is moving in with their partner on May 1st and our 4 bedroom home is looking for a new member! The home was newly remodeled by owners with a lot of love about 2 years ago.

The open Bedroom is large - 12’x13’ with tall 11’ ceiling height. Also features a reading nook.

The large Kitchen has lots of cabinets, a new gas range, and a lovely farm sink. The large capacity refrigerator is plenty big for all of us.

The main Bathroom has a beautiful cedar accent wall with a classic clawfoot tub and built in shelving. There is also an additional half bath in the back sunroom.

The Sunroom has brand new massive windows that pour onto the extended rear deck that overlooks the backyard, garden, and artist cabin that we all use for hanging out or additional storage.

Our big backyard faces west so it’s sunny and warm all day. We also grow food and herbs in the raised planter bed surrounded by passionfruit, delicious plums and peaches, avocado, blackberries and limes.

We love our incredible location next to 24th Street. It’s walking distance to BART and some of the best food, bars, and shopping in SF!

We are 2 females and 1 male, all professionals in our late twenties. Some of our favorite hobbies include biking, running, photography, reading.
