Looking for a single occupants (no couples; no pets) to sublet for 1 BR in a 3BR/3B townhouse in midcity (90016).

Private bedroom/bathroom available in a fully furnished 3bed/3bath Mid-City (90016) apartment! The room will be sublet through November; however, we are only interested in potential roommates who will sign onto the lease come December. An ideal roommate is kind, clean, and communicative about their needs and preferences. We keep a neat space and clean on a daily basis, dividing typical household chores amongst ourselves. While we like to socialize in and outside of the apartment, watch tv, and eat in the common space, we highly value our privacy and ability to be independent when we please. Being LGBTQIA+ friendly and possessing general cultural competency are non-negotiables. 

Ideal Central location in the heart of Los Angeles 20 minutes away from west side, DTLA, Hollywood, and LAX, the grove, Beverly Hills. Situated near La Brea Ave and The 10, we are in a central location that makes commuting and getting around LA easy! Nearby destinations of note include: LACMA, Peterson Museum, La Brea tar pits, Oscar museum, Culver City, Kenneth Hahn State Park, Jurassic Magic Coffee, Tartine, Mizlala, etc.
