The subdivision is Cresswell, in a lovely Duluth / Suwanee/John’s Creek area. This is a relatively new subdivision located between Duluth, less than minutes from Suwannee and John’s Creek, with a pool in the subdivision.

It is a five-bedroom home with private baths, but I plan to rent only two rooms. Currently, there is a female living in one of the rooms. The other rooms will remain vacant. The room is ONLY for one individual. Sorry, No Pet. The room has been freshly painted.

The room has a 60 “ TV, a queen-size Mattress with headboard sets, an office chair, and a table. It also has a private bathroom sink, mirror, tub, and faucets. The room is newly painted.

All utilities include internet, gas, and utilities, AT& T Fiber at Mbps speed. In addition, the house has ADT security and other Video Security Features.

A washer and dryer are shared. The common areas are shared, such as the kitchen, personal kitchen cabinets, front and back porches, and fridge.
