Brent's room

The room is right next to the shared bathroom and closet. You also have a spacious closet in the bedroom, as well as shared closet in the hallway. There are utility appliances included, as well as some communal furniture and appliances downstairs. The property is in a gated community in North Fresno with a community pool included . There are 4 passenger gates you can enter and exit through on foot. Outside of the shopping center, public park, and bike/walk trail off Herndon, we are right between the 99 and 41. Open to do month to month. The lease on the property ends in October, I will likely renew it.

I (Brent) am 26 and from the east coast and moved out to Fresno last Fall for work! I am contracted through FUSD working in the nutrition department. I love cooking, hiking, and trying out new cafes. Definitely an ambivert, but enjoy company when my work and chores are done!

Facundo Is 29 and from the Central Valley. Currently working in restaurants and planning to go back to back to school soon.
