I live in a 2 bed 1 bath house with a yard and garden in East Nashville. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Utilities are electric, water, and internet which comes out to about $150 per person. The bedroom is not furnished and has a closet. The rest of the house is semi furnished. Prefer no pets but open to cats.

Unit also has a basement great for storage.

Current person is moving out and taking some of the furniture with them so house will be partially furnished.

I am a 32 male in the restaurant industry. I’m quiet and keep to myself. I like to garden and ferment/preserve what I grow. I work 5 days a week from about noon- midnight.

No other roommates.
