All utilities included (water, electric/heat, wifi, trash, lawn/snow service). Small yard, two covered patios, no outside maintenance. Furnishings may differ from photos. Cleaning supplies provided. Water filter on shower head and sink faucet. Mattresses/pillows are enclosed in protective/waterproof covers.
No smoking/vaping inside unit. No pets or parties.
This is my house. I am there every few weeks for a few days. My daughter lives there and is quiet, mature 20+, double major at UWY. Enjoys cooking/meal preps, being healthy, knitting, hiking, dancing, and watching movies. Very low-key, neat and busy. Seeking female roommate who is similar. Allergy conscious.
