Franklin Town Boulevard

I’m looking for a co-signer for a 2 Bd/ 2 Bth apartment in the One Franklin Town building in Fairmount, Philadelphia. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and balcony access. The apartment is on the 14th floor with a balcony with a great view of the city and has in-unit washer/dryer. The building has a 24 hr gym, a pool, a parking garage across the street, and other amenities. Rent is $1,300/month and the lease starts on April 14.

I’m a 24 year old from northern Virginia currently living in Washington, D.C. and I’m moving up to Philadelphia on April 14 to start a new job at a public relations firm in Ardmore. I went to Villanova (’21) for undergrad and am so excited to be moving back to the Philadelphia area!

When I have free time, I like to go to the gym, hike, and explore my city (restaurants, stand-up comedy shows, pottery painting places, etc.). At home I love to read and watch TV (my favorite reality shows are Survivor, Ru Paul’s Drag Race, and Bachelor). I also love baking and cooking and enjoy sharing those things with roommates!

I’m looking for a roommate who doesn’t smoke or have pets (same), I’m also in a long-distance relationship and travel a lot but my boyfriend will be moving to Philadelphia in the fall.
