Hey everyone! I have 3 private rooms for rent in Ruskin FL for $900/mo each, utilities/internet included. It will be a shared bathroom if both rooms are filled but until then the first person to move in will have the bathroom to themselves. I live here by myself with no pets, so there will be 4 people total if/when all the rooms are rented out. (UPDATE): One room left, one person took two rooms so it will be 3 people in the house

I’m a 27 year old male, I work from home and spend extended periods of time traveling. I’m originally from NY and moved here 3 years ago, I’m a massive car enthusiast and enjoy working on them. I’m a hack golfer but I love to play, 420 friendly, no pets please and I’m open to any length of lease you may want/need to suit your timeline
