19th Avenue

Off of 19th Ave and Irving - it’s a cool area with a lot of places to eat, grocery, bars, etc., including a Starbucks around the corner; and Golden Gate Park is across the street.

No parking.

The room is a nice size and faces 19th Ave. and shares a bathroom with the male roommate.

The whole place is 1400 sqft

We are new-ish to the city (under 12 months).

One of us is a 30-year-old Korean-American female, who’s really easy going, into singing and the arts, and has a good sense of humor.

The other is a 25-year-old American male from Kentucky, who’s also easy going and into video games and golfing.

We both work at Alcatraz, and hang out sometimes. We are pot- and alcohol-friendly.

We’re looking for an easygoing roommate that’s nice and clean. We aren’t into inviting a bunch of people over for parties, so that’s our only restriction, and prefer you’re relatively clean. We’re open to a new housemate that wants to hang out sometimes but also are not expecting that in case you like to keep to yourself.

We plan to live here at least a year and require a 1-year minimum.
