Cheaper rent if you help me with yard work like mowing. Wifi, Netflix, water, heat/ac included unless you use a huge amount of electricity. Only moments to the 95, Yale, New Haven, etc.

Here is my house:

I am quiet, 420 friendly, own 3 dachshunds, I do not drink at all. I work full time, but have summers off besides some part time work. I am a hippy at heart - love the dead and jam bands. I rarely have guests over. I do not want loud people that need lots of friends over or needs to party to get through life.
