Regency woods Apartments, it is the “hemlock” floor plan. Close to many highways and stores, but also tucked away in a quiet area. The rooms are on opposite sides of the main shared living area. You have your own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer unit in the apartment as well. There are miles of trail systems around the apartment complex. The office has a gym, pool, sauna and package locker systems. I’ve lived within this complex for 4 years, and they are easy to work with and respond to maintenance requests quickly.

I manage a chiropractic/wellness center in Minnetonka. I do have a dog that lives in the apartment. Her name is Olive, she is a 7 year old, 30 lb golden/lab mix. I like to cook, am clean/tidy. I spend a lot of time walking around the trails nearby, work during the day, reading, and am in and out on the weekends. I’m super easy going, just hoping to find someone nice to share space with!
