I just purchased this condo and am looking for a roommate to take some pressure off the mortgage payment for 1-2 years. You will have a private bedroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and a designated off-street parking spot. This condo has central air, a lot of natural light, a beautiful kitchen and living room for common areas, and a back porch over looking a big yard. The security deposit can be negotiated as well!

I’m 26, I work full-time mostly in the office, am very clean and expect the same from my future roommate because a clean home is a happy home! I love to hike, read, craft, do pilates and just veg out at home. I can be a bit introverted at times, but also always open to new friends :)
