3bd/3ba home in a gated community in eado. Less than 5 minutes to downtown and walking distance to shell energy stadium, many bars, restaurants, gyms, and a bike/walking trail. The room is furnished but it can be moved if needed. It is on the third floor and shares the floor with my bedroom and the laundry room. It has its own private restroom.

I’m a 34 year old veteran with a Masters degree from Texas State University. I’m self-employed and like to keep to myself. I will rarely have people over but do not mind if there are guests. I prefer to keep the house pretty clean but there does tend to get hair from my two dogs. I usually have the home professionally cleaned once a month.
