Looking for someone to take over my big, bright, quiet room in our cute shared apartment in Alamo Square by May/June.

I have grown to love this room however I’m moving with another group of friends. This room is the biggest of the apartment, with gorgeous views of the garden and twin peaks.

Specifics: Size: 12’4x16’5 Price: 1710$/month (including utilities and wifi) Furniture: The only down to this room is that it doesn’t have a built in closet. If you want them, I could sell you my dresser and shelf for 50$.

About the flat: There are 4 bedrooms, two big, two small. One shared bathroom and a kitchen connecting to a shared living space. Pets are allowed. The landlord is very nice and friendly. If there is a maintenance issue, the worker usually comes in 1-3 days. There is a small garden with a grill and places to sit and eat within the complex. Laundry on-site. The location is great, between Alamo Square Park and Divisadero. The unit is located in the back of the building at the top floor facing south so it gets a lot of sunlight and is quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and cute stores on Divisadero. There are three small corner grocery stores within a 1-2 min walk, Target and Trader Joes are 15min by bus. USF is about 15min by bus/walk. Amazing Bus connections around the city(21,24,5/5R, 31, 38,22). The neighborhood is safe even during the night.

As of right now only my roomie Jessie is staying, she is very chill, works in a gym and is looking for a chill group of (preferably girls,20-24) to share this place with. Currently we are a group of students from USF sharing. If you are interested, we would love to meet you!
