This is a beautiful four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath duplex. All appliances, including a washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven, and microwave, come with the duplex. The duplex is rented out by room, so you would only be paying $650/month for your room. The rent cost also covers utilities, so there is no additional utility fee. The only cost that would be split between the four of us would be the internet. The location of the duplex is perfect for college students. It is a short walk from the square, with many excellent study spots and cool dining areas. It is also a very short drive (or walk) to any university campus in the area if you plan on attending any of the schools there.
