SHARED HOUSE. A Beautiful 4 bedroom home and fully furnished room with its own full bathroom/tub/shower. Everything in house is updated, so super nice style and well decorated, fast speed internet has full capacity new washer dryer. Awesome backyard patio with high end comfy furniture. Kitchen is updated with newer or new appliances, formal dining room and living room with 70“ tv. The bedroom has a new full mattress and linens and small walk in closet and comfy reading chair and footstool. Also has a dresser and 30“ flat tv.

Other person is myself Doug I’m a personal trainer for over 20 years. Also a business owner at www.chagit.com I’m a cool 😎 pretty laid back guy who is pretty darn clean and likeminded clean people only apply (don’t worry I’m not OCD. Just enjoy clean home 💪 I cook a few times a week, meal prep etc. I have a great 25 lb dog stache who is a mini Aussie Shepard. I will have my 2 kids every other weekend and occasional during week over the summer. They are very sweet well behaved boys. Obviously they would not be any responsibility of yours or that will never be asked of you on any level. I go to be pretty early as I train in Los Angeles 3 times a week gone by 5:45 am. Other days I’m home training from 6 am - 11. Then I go to my office. So I work a lot.
