Less then 10 mins from CSUB. Students Welcome My place is located a short walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Chuze Fitness, In-N-Out, Chipotle, 24-Hour CVS, Aldi, Vons and more. Its a 1200sq FT unit, 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer located in the unit. Two decent sized patios.

About the roomies

I’ve been living here for the past 14 years and have had 5 seperate roomates, most stayed 2+ years. One female who stayed around 3 years while she finished college. Respect and boundaries are not an issue here, im pretty easy to communicate with. Might allow you to bring your pet if its a cat, but must be communicated.

Generally i like to be upfront, this is not a party house at all. If you just want a quiet, clean and peaceful place to live then we could be a good fit. I keep the house pretty clean, spend most of my free time at home. Enjoy cooking, gardening, gaming, hiking, walking.
