Washer/Dryer on site, 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk to everything you need from gyms, grocery stores, restaurants, CVS. Quiet clean environment, public pool. I do own the place also so i tend to take extra care of the place. You will have your own full bathroom, room does have a pretty decent size closet with plenty of storage

Renting out my extra room, looking for someone clean and respectful who wants a nice quiet place to rent. Im into cooking/gardening and stick around the house most of the time. Not into partying anymore and would like someone who respects that. I dont mind if you drink just no parties. Most of my previous roomates have stayed for 2+ years
