We are delighted to offer a LARGE BONUS sized bedroom for rent in Fairfield, CA. This space provides ample comfort and privacy. Tenant who moves here must be dog-friendly there is a lovely German Shepard onsite but will stay in the owner’s room and within gated areas w/ the owner at all times.

The designated tenant will have shared access to a bathroom, which will be shared with one female tenant and one additional potential tenant. The monthly rent for this bedroom is $900.

In our household, all occupants collaborate to uphold the property’s upkeep. Shared amenities such as the kitchen, backyard, Laundry Room, and living room are open for communal use. Ideally, we are seeking another female tenant to join us upstairs. Individuals in the healthcare profession, particularly travel nurses, are warmly welcomed and may find our accommodation particularly suitable.

After meeting and scheduling a tour (virtually or in person), we will request 2 rental references and lastly, we will do an in-person lease signing with all the tenants/landlords.
