Private basement room, bathroom, and small living area available in large Windsor home. The basement area will be entirely yours, with the kitchen, dining, and living spaces shared with one roommate. There is a fenced backyard and off street parking as well as storage space available in the backyard shed. Your bathroom has been recently updated. The photos included show the space furnished (admittedly the furnishings are a little dated) but room can come furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the home is furnished although not shown in photos since they were taken prior to current roomie moving in. This is the largest bedroom in the house and has two closets. Dogs are negotiable (unfortunately no cats as your future roomie has an allergy) as long as they are friendly as there is already a dog living in the home. This is a great location, minutes away from tennis courts, pool, and downtown Windsor. Someone looking for at least a six month lease would be ideal but lease length is negotiable. Payment plan can also be agreed upon for security deposit if needed. Please reach out with any questions!

I’m an EMT in Fort Collins who has just recently moved into this home. I would say most of my time is spent at work, the gym, or pursuing new hobbies. Currently I enjoy hiking, art, traveling, and baking. I love cooking and usually make extra and am open to sharing food I make. I am very clean and organized, as well as considerate of others space and schedules. I’m more than okay with a roommate who also wants to be friends but will not force it! My landlords are great and very helpful in dealing with any issues asap. I do have a dog who is a lab mix. He is very sweet and typically gets along with other dogs (and humans) well. He is not allowed in the basement area so your area is dog free. He really enjoys spending most of his time outside in the yard anyway.
