Great mid-rise apartment complex in Galleria area with excellent security. Secured parking garage, secured building, lap pool, swimming pool, recently remodeled excellent gym.
Apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bath - 1050 sq ft plus balcony. Includes blackout shades in all rooms.
Room being offered is approximately 11’6“ x 11’3“ plus has a large walk-in closet and ensuite private bath with shower/tub combo. Room has a queen size bed and a small desk in it.
Roommate will have use of shared kitchen, living area sofa and with large color TV (with access to several streaming services) and washer and dryer in the apartment.
Maximum stay is 6 months as my lease is up then. If I renew, roommate can stay longer. [Security deposit primarily required to cover costs of replacing building access/garage access fob and apartment key if lost and any damage to the apartment caused by roommate.]

I am the only person living in the apartment. I am 71, gay, quiet, nonsmoker and retired financial professional. Not much of a cooker but would welcome who loves to cook. Renting out room to help reduce my living costs plus nice to have somebody to talk to and watch movies with occasionally.
