The downstairs mini-studio is currently available to rent out with a private area access to the backyard, a private room with a small separate living room, and a private bathroom (no kitchen). $1,450 per month utility included, and moving in cost is first and last month deposit ($2,900). Our house is in a quiet residential area on top of a hill with a big backyard and beautiful view.
