About the room
2BR/2BA w/Office to share with older professional female. Private room; private bath; 12 month lease required (but can opt out if things don’t work). I work out of the apt. so if you work from home this is ideal. I have a 55lb dog (well behaved) but she goes to daycare when I’m at work.
About the roomies
I am the only occupant at this time. Room for one more. No couples, please. Must be professional and have good background and credit history.
I work long 10 hr days, and my dog is in daycare while I’m at work. I do not work on Fridays or weekend days.
I am young minded and friendly – too old for drama. Looking for someone who wants a peaceful, respectful home – but not unforgiving.
