Tara's room

The room is unfurnished in a nice clean 2bed/1.5 bath townhome, right on route 256 near 70 and 270. It’s a corner unit with a lot of parking. The rent includes utilities and the location is within 5 minutes of a lot of restaurants and shopping like Target and Walmart. There’s a shared bathroom with the shower/tub, Washer and dryer in it, but there’s also a half bath downstairs that I rarely use so you would have your own half bath.

Hello! My name is Tara and you’ll be living with me and my well behaved Red Heeler named Taz. He has free run of the house during the day minus the guest bedroom and sleeps in my room at night, so fur is to be expected 😅. I’m quiet and don’t drink or do drugs(including cannabis) and appreciate the same in any roommates (I mean it, I won’t tolerate any of it including weed). I’m a 32 year old bisexual woman with a pretty open world view so anyone with a decently positive outlook on life is welcome! I work for the property management company doing renovations from M-F 8am-4:30pm and try to every other day go see my horse after work so there’s a lot of privacy if you work from home or like time to yourself. I’m just looking for some extra income so I can save up for buying my own place in the next few years, but look forward to potentially making a new friend as well as helping someone else out too.
