Hi! This is a room in an apartment complex called The Hue. It’s located downtown and close to the river. The unit itself is actually a townhouse and is disconnected from the rest of the property, so you’ll have a private entrance. Street parking is free and always available. The unit is 2 stories with all the bedrooms upstairs. The unit has an updated washer and dryer as well as updated cabinets in the kitchen. The room is furnished, so just bring your suitcase and move in with no hassle! Rent includes utilities (water, electricity, wifi, and valet trash). You would be taking over my lease which ends Aug 2024, but you are more than welcome to renew.

There are two SCAD students currently living in the complex, and one has a cat (Jerry). He keeps to himself, and we’ve never had a problem w him. They are both very nice and generally keep to themselves.
