have 2 rooms for rent for $700 EACH! Rent includes 1 bedroom & 1 full (SHARED) bathroom. You will have full access to washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, and fenced back yard. There is room for multiple cars in the drive way with security camera coverage. Wifi & Trash included, other utilities separate and divided evenly per adult. Tenants are responsible for upkeep of the yard. No pets.
