10.5’ by 11.5’ basic room, no furniture, ceiling fan. Shared bathroom. Quiet neighborhood with a couple of parks nearby. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Close to downtown Tempe and Phoenix.
We also have a BBQ grill out back.
About the roomies
You’d be living with myself (Joey, M, 26) and Chase (M, 27). We’re both pretty quiet and keep to ourselves. My job is M-F, I usually leave the house and go into the office around 6 or 7 AM and get home around 4 or 5 PM, so house is pretty quiet during the day. Occasionally I work from home once or twice a week.
Chase is the owner of two cats.
