Rent is $700 + 1/3 bills (which are: electric, water, trash, gas, internet, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, lawn care, air filters, pest control - approx $200-250/ month). Short term rentals considered for an additional amount per month (depending on length of stay).
We are looking for a new roommate to join us in our nice house in Pflugerville! It’s just me and my roommate Joe. We all get along and it’s a pretty quiet and chill house. Joe likes to play video games and I like to binge all the good shows with some wine when we’re not working or planning for the future. We have Ray dog, a super calm 90lb Catahoula mix that mostly prefers to stay in Joe’s room. Joe works in the mornings and I work at night and we usually don’t have any guests but from time to time my mom or my little brother will come to stay for a couple of days. It is a shared bathroom (but Joe doesn’t spend much time in there!) and you can paint it (and your room) any color you choose if you’re up for it! We are super pet friendly as long as they can get along (or stay away!) from Ray dog. We don’t fight or have drama or have wild parties….just looking for someone who can keep up the vibe!
