The property: This is a 2-story duplex. First floor has a kitchen, eating area, living area, half bath, storage closet and sliding door to small porch and large backyard with a garden box. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a washer and dryer, a storage closet, and a balcony overlooking the front of the house. There is also a 1 car garage that we can use as shared storage.

Location: The location of this home is unbeatable. It is just a few minutes drive to CSU and Old Town. The duplex is located on the west side of Fort Collins, just off Overland Trail, near where the old stadium used to be. There are a lot of areas to walk and trails to hike. Horsetooth Reservoir is a very short drive away, perfect for fishing, hiking, and water sports. The trail up to the “A” is just across Overland and is awesome for mountain biking or short hikes.

I am a 29-year-old male. After a small break from college, I am just about to complete my undergraduate Mechanical Engineering degree. I’m easy-going, flexible, and enjoy getting outside. I attend school full-time and work part-time for OtterBox from home. I’ve set up my desk in my room, so I have a designated workspace. When I’m not working or studying, I like to longboard, paddleboard, mountain bike, hike and play video games. I also have a friendly 8 year-old Australian Shepherd named Enzo, who will treat you as part of the “pack” once he gets to know you.

I’m looking for a roommate who is respectful, friendly, and responsible. The ideal move-in date would be from the middle to end of May with a yearlong lease, and I’m open to roommates of all genders.
