Looking for a single person who wants to rent a beautiful room. This is in a 55 and older community. There are two clubhouses, two pools and activities/ socializing if you’re interested. You will have total access to the home. Please be neat and clean. Respectful and not so offensive. I mind my own business and keep to myself. I am NOT looking for a relationship, just a roommate.

I have a small dog and she is my best friend. I spend most of my time alone or with my grandchildren. I go visit them. I want someone who will feel comfortable and treat my home as if it was theirs.
