We have a large room with a shared bathroom in a 1400 sq/ft apartment available immediately for the right candidate.

Located in a gated community in UTC, the apartment is in a quiet complex within walking distance of Westfield UTC mall, UCSD Campus, Bus and Trolley station, and shops like Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Wholefoods, CVS, Best Buy, etc.

The room is spacious and furnished with a bed, desk, closets, and bookshelf, and it’s tucked away from the rest of the apartment for extra privacy. The common areas have a large dining table and a fully functional kitchen with plenty of plates/cups/utensils/appliances that are available to use, so you don’t have to move in or buy all this stuff; laundry room with a washer and dryer. The lounge room has a large couch/sofa, television, and a working fireplace.

We are looking for a respectful person to share the apartment with us. We are easygoing, and we want to maintain a collaborative environment with good communication and common sense in keeping the common area tidy. Last but not least, the tenant MUST love and respect pets. We have two cats and two rabbits free roaming around the house. They are very friendly and like to socialize with people, so for an animal lover, this would be a great bonus.
