Briseida Garcia Meza's room

Hello, My name is Briseida Garcia Meza and I am moving out of a townhouse that consist of three female women who are APU students or APU alumni. We are renting out our master bedroom that has a private complete bathroom and has ample closet/storage space. We are located in the small town of Azusa that has everything you need (grocery stores, coffee shops, Target, and fast food) If you want to live with another female roommate, we can always consider and spilt the payment in half. The price currently consists of rent only, utilities and wifi range from 45-57. We cannot accept pets because our roommate is highly allergic to them. Significant others of opposite sex are always welcome to visit, but cannot “live” in the townhouse. Cleanliness is recommended in the communal area which is the kitchen and living/dining room. We are a positive happy bunch , we love to gather in the communal area and play boardgames, mariokart, and watch the bachelor.

April is a APU student finishing her masters and is a grad assistant coach for the APU tennis team. Allison is an APU alumni who is a full-time worker at a furniture warehouse. Briseida is an APU student, finishing her bachelors and currently is a Track and Field athlete.
