Jessica's room

We live in a very private neighborhood off Euclid just down the street from Downtown Fullerton. About a .5 mile from the 91-freeway and 2 miles from the 5-South. Our neighbors are very friendly you’ll often see them walking the neighborhood with their pets or taking their kids to the park within the neighborhood. Truly a very nice place to live.

The current “roommates” are me (Jessica), my son Hunter (6 years old), and my gf Mallory. We are all very friendly and we strive to create peace within the house which is super important to us. We have pets (dogs & cats) but we take care of them solely (the cats are friendly AF) and can happily put them away if you ever decide you don’t want them out for visits with friends or whatever it is :)

At the end of the day we’re looking for a strange quality in a person - BEING A DECENT HUMAN BEING. We have lived with many people who are rude and terrible to be around and we honestly just want more for ourselves.

We are very open to you making your living experience here as comfortable as possible. Bringing friends over or cooking in the kitchen we don’t ever want you to hesitate to do what you’d like when you’re at home. We will not micromanage you or force you to adhere to these crazy rules by any means. We are just looking for a good person to take the space and for us all to be able to thrive in the environment :)

Also someone who isn’t afraid to help clean! We have had roommates that don’t lift a finger and that is not at all what we want moving forward. Cleanliness is a group effort and we want everyone to be able to make time to help out.

Parking included. Option of either garage parking or in the driveway.
