Two of the three room are available for lease if you happen to want both. These share a bathroom, but there is a third bathroom located on the first floor. The rooms are on the second floor. Currently no tenants are renting so it’s a perfect time to move in if you have more than one person and want to be roommates. Each room is $1150, and all utilities are taken care of. Owner is considerate and clean. Home is very nice.
