We’re renting a bedroom in our awesome home in the Cherrywood neighborhood.

We’re about a 15min walk, 6min bike ride, and 4min car ride to San Leandro BART Station. Additionally, there are groceries stores, restaurants, gas stations, and parks minutes away! We’re nearby the 880 and 580 freeway that makes commuting to other towns/cities a breeze.

About the rental: We are offering an unfurnished room in our 4-bedroom home with shared common areas and amenities (living room, kitchen, dining room, refrigerator, dishwasher, garage space, and an in-unit washer and dryer). Water, gas, electric, trash and Wi-Fi are evenly split between everyone.

We highly value cleanliness and communication, we are taking our time in seeking a responsible, mature professional looking to share a home with us.

This is a month to month lease, but we hope you plan to stay long term!

P.S. We have a Pac-Man arcade game in the living room that you’re welcomed to try and get the highest score in, good luck!

Housemate #1: Works as an Interpreter within the mental health field and is very family oriented. She enjoys spending time hiking and cooking, that is when she’s not traveling the world.
