South Loader Avenue

Located in the upper Historical part of Pleasant Grove, this room is in a large 2,250sq foot home, with a large garage and driveway. The room has a hard wood floor, large and open closet space, and two larger windows. You also will have your own bathroom, separate from ours. You will have access to every part of the house BUT our back space area. Washer/Dryer included, bills and rent are split between any who live here. This is NOT a lease rent, and can be month to month.

My Partner and I are living here as well. We have two sweet Kitties that will stay in our room and back area. No other animals accepted at this time. We are younger professionals that work full time, Mon-Fri. We are LGBTQ+ Friendly, smoke and drink on the weekends. We stick to ourselves, and are here if you need anything!
