I’m a very spiritual person meaning I value peace, loyalty, & communication. our household rules are posted at the front door & are simple: no drama & no illegalities. If you break your lease/contract, you have 31 days to leave (an extra day added outside of the legally required limit). we’re all super chill but don’t deal with negative energy – this is to help us ALL get back on our feet during these rougher times. I mostly keep to myself working but always say hi, so you should feel right at home. If I have any issues or changes, I will always communicate through text & email.
