I can do virtual tours! Cozy 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment (weird ikr) in midtown just a couple blocks from Virginia Street. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher. I’m not sure if the security deposit is accurate. I have Internet and a NV energy account setup so we can split gas, electric, and internet. The room is 134.111 square feet not including the room’s closets which are 23.118 sq ft and 6.75 sq ft respectively. The room has its own full bathroom as well. I mostly have all my furniture and gear setup in the living areas, but we can talk about how we want to organize all that. You cannot smoke indoors + other usual rules. We will have to create a new lease so u will have to do a background check and all that. Pets might* be allowed but I’ll have to check. Message me for more details and a tour!

I work from home as a developer, and I have quite a bit of hobbies. I like to go out every so often, but I usually like to keep to myself and my work. I mostly prefer to keep things clean, especially when it comes to the kitchen because I love to cook. Might have some folks over for get-togethers and game nights occasionally.
