Eric's room

Room is unfurnished but can be furnished if needed. The room can fit a king size bed and still have room with 2 windows. It’s a 4 bedroom house that I only use 2 of the rooms. One is for my daughter and the other is my room which my kid is always in my room. She’s here 50% of the time. You will have your own bathroom with shower/tub. The room has its own closet. The area is very close to groceries stores and gas stations as well as Starbucks and places to eat. Area is good for running and parks are close by. You can also have your own refrigerator for all of your groceries. I’m looking to rent the room out asap. The room is never used and just moved my nephew old stuff into the room so it’s not empty. The house is pretty big. Bills included in the rent.

I live alone with my daughter. She’s here 50% of the time. I work from home and also do travel from time to time. I’m a pretty laid back person and I also have my own side business. I usually keep to myself.It’s pretty quiet around here. I prefer a female roommate only because of my daughter. I’m usually up late and up early and noise doesnr bother me. My neighbors are all friendly and we all get along very well.
