This room is considered the entire basement of the house but you will have it completely to yourself. There are washer & dryer in-unit along with a half-bath in your room. 241 K street is right across the street from the restaurant The Broadway, a 5 minute walk from the beach, and a 10 minute walk from Loco, Capo, Lincoln, CVS and workout sites such as BTone Fitness and 3 different yoga studios. The unit is a corner, so you will only have neighbors on one side and also have access to a driveway on the other side of the house, along with a lot behind the home that offers parking from 6pm-6am.

Your roommates will include two females who both graduated from Elon University in 2022. One is an elementary school teacher and one is a remote worker for a marketing team. Both roommates will be living on the top floor of the house, leaving the main floor (living room, TV, full kitchen and second half-bathroom) as a common space.
