Luis's room

The room is newly renovated. It comes with desk, TV, and mirror. It has room for a loft style bed/mattress. It’s small and compact. The bathroom you’ll be sharing is only with one other person. The property is what sells the room. The property is located less than 3 minutes from transit-stops, highway entrances, popular restaurants, grocery stores, hospital, medical clincs, and downtown activities and night life. Area is safe, I’ve invested time and money to building a secure, well-lit, and thought out parking arrangement, and front landscape. All dedicated to easy parking, secure use, and comfort.

I live on the property. I practice medicine. I have three other roommates. Two are medical students. One is in the restaurant business. We keep to ourselves and interact only as needed. The property is large enough, and spacious, to allow us to live our own lives.
