A bedroom is available starting on June 1st in a 3 bed 2 bath in Andersonville that is 765/month + utilities (around $100). It’s newly renovated and has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, back yard space, and is pet friendly (cats allowed). Lots of windows throughout the space so we get a lot of natural light in the apartment. There is also a sunroom in the back!

Me and another roommate will be moving out at the end of June, so if you’re interested in 2 rooms, let me know, otherwise this listing is just for one room. The remaining roommate is a female in her mid 20s. Something to note – since 2 of us are moving out, most of the furniture will be gone.

The nearest cross street is Ashland and W Hollywood. Andersonville is a vibrant neighborhood with lots of things to do! There are tons of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores - all within walking distance from the apartment. Close to Clark bus. There is permit street parking on the street as well as free parking a few blocks away.

The lease is technically month-to-month, but you need to notify the landlord that you’re moving 3 months in advance and find a replacement. Security deposit is $765.

Me and one other roommate are moving out at the end of May, and the remaining roommate is a female in her mid 20s. She’s also planning to move out in the near future so if you’re looking to move in with friends that would be an option as more than one room will be available!
