Hi, I am currently renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the second floor. It is located next to a beautiful park in West Eugene. The second bedroom is available to rent, and you would be joining the lease. Dishwasher and washer/dryer are in unit. I already have cats so there will be no more pets allowed on the lease, sorry.
I am 24 years old and I work full time as a veterinary technician. I am usually home in the evenings and overnight as I work the day shift. I love being outside on my days off if the weather allows. I have two friendly cats who would love a roommate as well.
