The owner lives and works on site and works a lot from home so would prefer someone who does not work from home and has a regular schedule. 2 small dogs live in the house along with a working farm in the back (poultry, horses, etc). Equestrians welcome - possible board for 1 horse as add on option. Must be clean, responsible and have proof of income. No pets, heavy drinkers, smoker or drug users. No couples, no long term guests.
