Bedroom 2: We are looking for a female Texas State student to sublease a room from April -July with the option to renew the lease
You would have a private room and a shared bathroom with one other person. Rent is $575 plus utilities. We are clean and respectful roommates, and are hoping to find someone who fits well in the house!:) There are currently two very sweet dogs and a cat so if you have a pet, the August lease would work best! I’m a quiet and respectful roommate! I’m a full time student and work part time, so I’ll be in and out of the house a lot. I like to keep a clean house, but am very flexible. I also have a sweet senior kitty who mostly keeps to herself
