Bedroom available in a charming 2-bedroom apartment in Woodfords Corner. This 3rd floor apartment has tons of natural light, free laundry in the basement, and an off-street parking spot. The shared spaces in the apartment are mostly furnished (minus a tv) and are full of art and plants and space for plenty of books. I’m going into my 3rd year in this space and have had minimal maintenance issues and they’ve all been quickly attended to by the property manager. Our electric bill is tied to a community solar farm, so technically we have solar electricity!

The house is in a beautiful, friendly neighborhood, only a few blocks from Back Cove Trail. You’ll be within a short walking distance from Maiz, Bird & Co, Big Sky Bakery, Coveside Coffee, Back Cove Books, Portland Yoga Project, Rose Bagels, Foodie Friends, and more incredible small businesses!

We’re also right on the Route 2 bus line that can take you downtown, to the USM Portland campus, or out toward Westbrook.

Hey there! I’m Davinica (she/her) and my dog Lentil and I are looking for a roommate to share our home with.

I’m 30 years old. I work from home for a Jewish social justice nonprofit and own a small business leading forest bathing and nature meditations. I pride myself in maintaining a cozy and intentional home and would love to share it with someone who’s independent but also occasionally wants to hang out for a house dinner, movie night, or board game!

Lentil is a medium-sized Australian Kelpie mix. She’s a rescue and is very well-behaved but has high anxiety, especially around new people. I need someone who is respectful of her needs and is willing to take the time to let her warm up to you. Due to her anxiety, if you like to host parties for more than a few people, this isn’t the space for you!

I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, reasonably quiet, and kind. It’s really important to me that you can communicate openly and engage in healthy conflict around normal shared living situations.
